Exchange and Return Policy

RETURN: If you are not completely satisfied with your HOI purchase kindly return the package within 60 days at the following address:-

Once we receive the package we will issue you a credit of the total amount including the taxes minus the shipping fee to the credit card used.

EXCHANGE: You can also exchange an item bought online for another item. Exchanges will be treated as return and reorder. Kindly return the item at the above-mentioned address. When we receive the item to be exchanged, we will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. Shipping fees is not refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item arrives to you in a damaged condition kindly email us immediately at and we will get in touch with you to replace it as early as possible.

Additional Exchange Criteria:

1. If the returned products have been altered or damaged in any way before reaching HOI office, refunds will not be available.
2. Refunds will not be available on custom orders.
3. Kindly ensure that original packing is used while returning the item.
